Additionally, the role provides front-line support for the Brightspace by D2L Learning Management System (LMS) through various support channels, assisting faculty, staff, and students with troubleshooting, effective use of tools, and resolving technical concerns. The position also involves developing and delivering training sessions and self-paced modules on topics like LMS navigation, course design, digital literacy, and accessibility, while supporting college-wide initiatives to create accessible course content and web materials in alignment with institutional policies.
