About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support) role provides one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes. This position supports cyber charter school instruction, helps students stay engaged with learning, and assists them in meeting academic and IEP-related goals. The role requires reliable transportation for in-home travel and is located in Blair County, PA. Hiring is for the 2026-2027 School Year, with early onboarding encouraged to secure placement.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
- Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
- FBI Fingerprints clearance
- PA Criminal Background Check clearance
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- TB test results
