About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support) role involves providing one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes. This position supports cyber charter school instruction, aiming to keep students engaged with learning and assist them in meeting their academic and Individualized Education Program (IEP)-related goals. The role requires reliable transportation for in-home travel and is scheduled for Monday-Friday, during school-day hours. Hiring is for the 2026-2027 School Year, with an incentive to complete onboarding early to secure placement.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
- Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- TB test results
