About The Position
This position is for an Instructional Assistant in the Resource Room program, working 4.1 hours per day for 9 months. The role involves supporting students within the Resource Room setting.
Requirements
- High school graduation or other equivalent (General Education Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
- Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other similar organization. Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment. Certification training must be in-person and include a hands-on component. Online courses will not be accepted.
- High school transcript or other equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Copy of a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
- Current CPR/AED certificate (front and back copy required).
- Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
- External applicants must attach required documents and complete a full three (3) year work history, including periods of unemployment, in the 'Experience and Credential' section of the application.
Nice To Haves
- Successful completion of the Language Proficiency Test, as measured by a District-approved third-party administrator.
