Instructional Aide, High School, Venture Online Program
About The Position
Springs Charter Schools is hiring an Instructional Aide for its High School Venture Online Program. The aide assists a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction with students individually or in small groups in a virtual classroom or other learning environment. The role also supports preparation of instructional materials and tutors students in assigned subject areas. Candidates with experience supporting teachers or tutoring small groups of students are encouraged to apply. A competency test is administered during recruitment. Candidates must reside in the service area: Riverside, Orange, San Diego, or San Bernardino County. Applicants must submit a completed EDJOIN application and the requested supporting documents. Education documentation may be required upon hire if relevant to the position or claimed on the application.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus either at least two years of college (48 or more units), an Associate's degree or higher, or 2–3 years of experience working with children in a school setting.
- Pass a local assessment of reading and math skills.
- Reside in Riverside, Orange, San Diego, or San Bernardino County.
- Submit a completed EDJOIN application and all required application documents, including a letter of introduction, two letters of recommendation, and a resume.
