Mercyhealth is seeking an Institutional Pharmacist PRN to join their team. The pharmacist will actively participate in quality improvement activities and hospital committees, and assist with new hire orientation and training. Maintaining professional licensure, competence, and knowledge of formulary management are essential. The role also involves monitoring investigational drugs, managing controlled substances, and resolving discrepancies. The pharmacist will act as a role model and resource for retail pharmacy partners, staying current with professional literature and continuing education.
