This position is excluded from the Educational Officers' Bargaining Unit and will be filled as a limited term temporary appointment. Probationary service credit and tenure are not granted for temporary appointments. A written examination/assignment may be administered to help determine possession of the knowledge and abilities portions of the minimum qualification requirements. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of the Office of Strategy, Innovation & Performance, the Institutional Analyst II develops and manages project timelines and budgets, analyzes data, situations, documents, facilitates meetings with Department leaders, staff and appropriate partners to plan and implement priority projects. The role coordinates with the Department's project team, consultants and partners to ensure all human resources, budget, technology and other infrastructure components are properly aligned to meet the Department's strategic needs. It also involves reviewing and revising procedures, guidelines and policies related to priority projects for successful execution. The Institutional Analyst II prepares and presents reports and presentation materials including pertinent data, findings, conclusions and recommendations to communicate project plans, progress and results to all stakeholders. Other related duties as assigned.
