About The Position

Closet America, a Renuity company, is hiring an Installer to install custom home organization systems in customers’ homes. The company provides hands-on and classroom training to help team members progress from Helper to full Installer. The role involves preparing the van and materials, following established installation processes and quality standards, protecting customers’ homes, communicating with customers and the team, reviewing completed work with homeowners, and completing final paperwork and collecting payment as needed. The position is full-time and based in the Garnet Valley office, serving the greater Philadelphia area. Employees must be available to work at least two weekends per month.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to measure and install to the millimeter.
• Organized, systematic, and professional appearance and conduct.
• Availability to work at least two weekends per month.
• Coachability and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Start each day by checking the van and materials.
• Install custom organization systems in customer homes.
• Follow Closet America’s processes and quality standards.
• Work safely and neatly while protecting customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day.
• Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner.
• Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed.
