About The Position

At Culligan of Chico, we help families and businesses enjoy better, safer water every day. We’re currently seeking a motivated Installer to install our industry-leading water treatment equipment in homes and businesses throughout our service area. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and delivering great customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you. We provide comprehensive, paid training — no prior water treatment experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to succeed and grow with us.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Plumbing experience is highly preferred
Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs

Responsibilities

Performing all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment
Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment
Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company
Following all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies
Install our Culligan water treatment systems
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Provide professional, friendly service that builds lasting customer relationships
Follow safety standards and company policies
