Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cabinet installation
  • Experience in tile setting in dry and wet situations, including backsplashes and waterproofed bathroom installations
  • Experience in installation of crown moulding and other finish/trim work
  • Experience in laminate applications, ideally in cabinet refacing
  • Ability to customize home improvement installation work for specific client needs
  • Experience installing electronic accessories like heated floors and under-cabinet lighting
  • Experience finishing walls, including drywall finishing and painting
  • OSHA safety certification(s)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
  • Computer proficiency

  • Manage home renovation projects, including scheduling employees and partner tradespeople
