About The Position

FASTSIGNS #132001 is hiring for an Installer to join our team! As an Installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations. Do you enjoy working with people? Requirements

Experience with vinyl installation, signage, or vehicle wraps preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work with hands and handle tools safely
Comfortable working on ladders or lifts when needed
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (preferred for field work)

Nice To Haves

Experience with large-format graphics or vehicle wraps
Familiarity with design/layout software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
Problem-solving skills and adaptability on job sites

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and apply vinyl graphics, wraps, and lettering to surfaces such as vehicles, glass, walls, and panels
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming to ensure proper adhesion
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation instructions
Use tools such as squeegees, heat guns, knives, and application fluids
Remove existing vinyl or graphics when required without damaging surfaces
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Work both in-shop and on-site at customer locations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
