About The Position

The Installer is responsible for installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role involves preparing for daily jobs, transporting and staging materials, conducting safety inspections, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse-related duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring daily travel to job sites locally, with out-of-town travel as required. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $30.00, and the position may offer variable compensation; actual offers depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and market data.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength, and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
