Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on trade experience in mechanics, drywall, glazing, carpentry, or construction.
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision.
• Comfortable using power tools, levels, and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
• Professionalism, pride in work, value for safety, and enjoyment of seeing the finished product.

Nice To Haves

• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
