Handyman/Craftsman/Remodeler
About The Position
Handyman Connection is seeking an experienced Craftsman to join our team. This skilled craftsman would ideally have a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. Handyman Connection is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. Our customers love us! We have over 50% repeat/referral customer base and our business is growing! We are changing homeowners’ lives with beautiful repairs and remodels. Requirements
- Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)
- Great customer service and client relations
- Knowledge of building codes
- Material management
- Must have current driver's license and insurance
- Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
- Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Must pass screening process which includes a background check
- Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
- Located within a 20 mile radius of Bloomfield Hills
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Bloomfield Hills and the surrounding area.
- Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
