Requirements

• Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)
• Great customer service and client relations
• Knowledge of building codes
• Material management
• Must have current driver's license and insurance
• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
• Must pass screening process which includes a background check
• Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
• Located within a 20 mile radius of Bloomfield Hills

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Bloomfield Hills and the surrounding area.
• Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients.
• Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.
