About The Position

Mosby Building Arts is seeking motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade and grow into a long-term career in residential remodeling. No construction experience is required — if you bring the work ethic, we'll provide the training. The Mosby Remodeling Academy (MRA) is a 3.5-year paid apprenticeship program designed to develop individuals with little to no construction background into skilled remodelers. You will work alongside experienced craftspeople on real client projects, complete structured coursework, and build a career-level skill set from the ground up. You will earn a paycheck from day one, with compensation increasing as you advance through the program. Year 1 apprentices earn $18/hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (by June 2026)
• Able to lift 70+ lbs
• Enjoy hands-on work and building things
• Dependable — consistently shows up on time and ready to work
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Physically able to perform construction work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, installing building materials
• Reading blueprints
• Assisting with demolition or renovations
