This role is for an Installer / On-Site Problem Solver in the Austin Metroplex. Requirements

3+ years of experience in installation, construction, or a related hands-on, problem-solving field.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to calm client nerves and explain necessary items.
Highly comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques.
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to regularly lift 50-75 pounds safely on a job site.

Responsibilities

Take custom storage designs and turn them into physical reality.
Perform installation tasks including heavy lifting, basic framing, and finishing work.
Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise on job sites.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and managers.
Manage daily routing and execution of installation tasks.
Ensure a clean and tidy work environment, leaving no trace of sawdust or scattered tools.
Adapt to on-the-fly adjustments and unexpected snags on job sites.
