About The Position

The Installer I is responsible for successfully installing commercial kitchen equipment and providing exceptional service to customers. The position follows applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices, and receives direction and close supervision from the Foreman and/or Project Managers.

The role includes operating a non-CDL automatic 26-foot box truck to deliver equipment, setting up commercial kitchen and bar equipment, using a forklift as needed, accurately picking orders, assisting with inventory management, and interacting professionally with customers. The Installer I also performs additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals. Travel may require approximately one to two overnight stays every other week or as needed.

Requirements

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle tools and equipment, including troubleshooting as needed.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Dedication to exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to travel approximately one to two overnights every other week or as needed.

Responsibilities
