About The Position

The Installer I is responsible for installing commercial kitchen and bar equipment and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes operating a non-CDL automatic 26-foot box truck, setting up equipment, operating a forklift as needed, picking orders, and assisting with inventory management. The Installer I must comply with applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices. The position receives direction and close supervision from the Foreman and/or Project Managers. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours per week, with travel requiring approximately one to two overnight stays every other week or as needed.

• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to handle tools and equipment and troubleshoot when needed.

• Dedication to exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to travel approximately one to two overnight stays every other week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an automatic 26-foot non-CDL box truck to deliver equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up commercial kitchen and bar equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Use a forklift to handle equipment as necessary; certification can be provided if needed.
• Pick orders accurately and assist with inventory management.
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure their needs are met throughout the installation process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and operational needs.
• Comply with applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices.
