About The Position

OPC Pest Services is seeking hardworking individuals to join their team as Installation Technicians. This full-time, year-round role involves protecting homes through services such as attic remediation, crawl space encapsulation, and gutter protection systems. The position offers the opportunity to build valuable skills, work with a supportive team, and make a tangible impact in the community by creating healthier, safer, and more energy-efficient homes. No prior pest control experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience
Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Install attic remediation systems, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and other home service products
Help restore and protect homes from pest damage and head off future issues
Complete service-related documentation accurately
Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and exterior spaces
Safely operate company vehicles, including larger-capacity box trucks
Deliver quality workmanship that homeowners can trust
Play an important role in helping your team exceed customer expectations
