About The Position

As an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department, you will play a crucial role in the hydraulics bay. Your responsibilities will include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and components, all contributing to the completion of heavy-duty work truck builds. The role also involves diagnostic and repair work. You will need to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.

Requirements

Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Ability to perform shop math
Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
Willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform bending, lifting, and standing
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems
Basic shop math
Ability to interpret work instructions
Previous experience in manufacturing setting
Familiarity with weld, assembly processes
Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics)
