About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Roanoke is seeking an Installation Supervisor to join our growing Operations team! This role is ideal for someone with a construction or installation background who is passionate about leadership, quality control, and driving operational efficiency. As the Installation Supervisor, you'll oversee and elevate the performance of our subcontracted installation crews - ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll act as the critical link between subcontractors, project managers, and scheduling teams, guiding projects from pre-install review through post-install follow-up. Your mission: deliver seamless installations, optimize operations, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting Project NPS and Green Diamond goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, installation supervision, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, safety, and compliance
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple crews
  • Tech-savvy - proficient with tablets, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Training or certification in construction or project management

Responsibilities

  • Interview, evaluate, and onboard subcontracting crews based on qualifications, licensing, and alignment with company standards.
  • Audit subcontractor licenses, certifications, and insurance to ensure full compliance and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Track renewal timelines to prevent any compliance gaps.
  • Review, adjust, and submit paysheets to ensure accurate reflection of completed work and timely approvals.
  • Review installation packages to confirm materials, products, and scope align with project requirements.
  • Evaluate schedules to improve efficiency - optimizing job sequencing, reducing travel time, and assigning the right crews based on skill and location.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and project management teams to streamline workflows and maximize daily capacity.
  • Onboard and train subcontracting crews on company systems (iPad, RForce, Discord) and installation best practices.
  • Ensure crews complete and submit all required documentation - including checklists and lead forms - within one business day.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance craftsmanship, efficiency, and consistency across all crews.
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support when issues arise and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain constant communication between subcontractors, project managers, and schedulers.
  • Assist PMs in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Green Diamond Award (Project NPS ≥ 85).
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
