About The Position

We’re looking for an Installation Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping things organized, moving fast, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. In this role, you’ll be the central hub between customers, installers, and internal teams—ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. If you enjoy juggling moving pieces, solving problems on the fly, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things on track, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional phone presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Proficient in written and verbal communication (grammar and clarity matter!)
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
• Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
• Confirm installations and proactively manage scheduling updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
• Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and follow-ups
• Send daily scheduling updates to install technicians
• Track pending installations and follow up with customers
• Process install paperwork and assist with job costing for commissions
• Support the sales team with scheduling as needed
