About The Position

Chesapeake Electric is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an exceptionally organized, process-minded operational quarterback to take total ownership of our residential installation projects from the moment they are sold through final inspection and closeout. This is a high-ownership operational project coordination position for someone who loves creating order out of chaos, connecting the dots, anticipating problems, and making sure every detail comes together at exactly the right time. The infrastructure is already in place—we just need the right person to step in, take full ownership, and optimize how it runs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of installations each week, handling everything from permits, special-order materials, and subcontractors to schedule shifts and final inspections.
• Review newly sold projects, identify missing or conflicting info early, and lead communication across teams to eliminate preventable errors.
• Coordinate with warehouse on material orders and deliveries, submit and track permit applications with local jurisdictions, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain flawless project tasks, notes, and status updates in ServiceTitan.
• Schedule inspections promptly and track each project through final closeout.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and improve the process to make a valuable impact on the quality of our technicians and customers lives.
