We’re looking for a detail-oriented Plumbing Install Coordinator who enjoys organizing projects, communicating with customers and technicians, and helping installations run smoothly from start to finish. About the Role You will help coordinate plumbing installation projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are scheduled properly, materials are ready, and customers stay informed throughout the installation process. You’ll work closely with technicians, project managers, and customers to ensure every installation is completed efficiently and meets Sierra’s quality standards. HVAC or plumbing experience is helpful — but we’re also willing to train candidates who are organized, reliable, and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Clear and professional communication with customers and technicians
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working with scheduling software and computer systems
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Age 18 or older
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC or plumbing experience is helpful
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction coordination, or dispatching is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate plumbing installation projects with customers and field technicians
  • Prepare job scopes and verify materials needed for installations
  • Confirm installation requirements before technicians arrive on site
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process
  • Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards
  • Communicate with project managers, technicians, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly
  • Track job progress and maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
  • Provide updates to management on job status and scheduling needs
  • Support the sales team during project handoffs to ensure smooth execution
