Our Install Coordinators are at the center of our installation operations, ensuring every job is scheduled, communicated, and executed with precision. In this role, you’ll play a direct part in delivering a seamless experience for both our customers and install teams while helping us maintain our 5-star standard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or dispatch preferred (home services or trades experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and phone systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods and work at a computer throughout the day
  • Comfort using phone systems and headset for frequent communication
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating Plumbing and Sewer installation jobs to ensure efficiency and readiness
  • Communicating with customers to schedule installs and provide clear expectations and updates
  • Coordinating with install teams, dispatch, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth job execution
  • Reviewing job details, materials, and permits in advance to ensure each project is fully prepared
  • Managing and adjusting installation schedules to accommodate changes, delays, and urgent needs
  • Following up on open jobs to ensure proper completion and delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned
