Join Air Experts in partnership with ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Permitting experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
- HVAC or home services knowledge
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
