About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their team. The Install Manager will oversee 3 to 4 Project Managers and manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship from post-sale to final installation. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed to specification, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to drive to, from, and between sites.
5+ years of Project Management Experience.
Experience overseeing PM's and subcontractors.
Familiarity with working with Siding Projects at a high volume.
Professionalism with client-facing experience.
Self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
Top-notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
Overseeing 3 to 4 project managers in the territory.
Communicating the agreement between the company and the customer.
Identifying alternative courses of action and negotiating with customers to alter plan terms.
Analyzing legal requirements for licensing and permitting to obtain necessary permits.
Recruiting, screening, and managing crew members and subcontractors.
Ensuring projects are completed to specification.
Ensuring HGE safety regulations are followed.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
