Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
5+ years of Project Management Experience.
Experience overseeing PM's and sub-contractors.
Familiarity with working with Siding Projects at a high volume.
Professionalism with client-facing experience.
Self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
Top-notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
Overseeing 3 to 4 project managers in the territory.
Communicating the agreement between the company and the customer.
Identifying alternative courses of action and negotiating directly with the customer to alter specific terms of the plan.
Analyzing all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
Recruiting, screening, and managing crew members and subcontractors.
Ensuring projects are completed to specification at the end of every project.
Ensuring HGE safety regulations are followed.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
