About The Position

The primary role of the Installation Manager is to effectively and efficiently manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out. This role will also provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS; adhering to our “Say Yes” values while maintaining financial objectives.

You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed.
You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and make sure everything works outs in the end.
Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.
You value customer service and understand what it means to SAY YES to the customer.
You are not afraid of challenges and adapt to changes in processes.
You know how to use a computer and can navigate various systems (we created our system, so it is EASY to learn).
Problem solving is something you call yourself a pro at.

Responsibilities

Making and receiving a high number of scheduling calls.
Verifying purchased items with the customer to ensure they receive the correct product.
Receiving calls from the Installation team regarding their estimated time of arrival and when they arrive to the customers home.
Following up with the customer upon installation to make sure they are highly satisfied.
