The primary role of the Installation Manager is to effectively and efficiently manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out. This role will also provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS; adhering to our “Say Yes” values while maintaining financial objectives. The ideal candidate has worked in a Call Center environment and enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, eager to find them the resolution needed. They enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and ensuring everything works out, and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.
