About The Position

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator who enjoys customer service as their primary focus. This customer-facing role partners with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Group Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves administrative support, including reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installations, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with flooring projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
