About The Position

As our Installation Coordinator, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will bring 2+ years of relevant administrative expertise, ideally within the construction industry, and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant administrative expertise, ideally within the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Skillset in document management.
Passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
