Everon is seeking an Install Project Manager to oversee the project administration of all current and/or future installations of Fire and/or Security, CCTV, Card Access & other specialty systems. This role involves coordinating administration with the respective management team, ensuring proper documentation is executed between contracts administrator and sales representative to meet engineering requirements, and supervising the execution of project site visits, communications, requests for information, transmittals, permits, fees, and closeout requirements. The Install Project Manager will also oversee safety programs, execute manpower backlog reports to ensure customer satisfaction and profit margins, implement change orders for gross profit, and participate in meetings with contracts administration, field supervision, and engineering departments to review ongoing projects. Additionally, this role will assist with construction schedules to ensure timely installation and certification, update the project log, and provide in-house estimating and proposals for existing and new customers.
