About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is expanding its Midwest Markets and is seeking a skilled Install Manager for its Cleveland Market. This role is crucial for ensuring a top-tier post-sale to final installation process, managing customer experience, and overseeing vendor relationships. The position requires frequent travel between job sites within the Cleveland area.

Requirements

Frequent travel between multiple job sites within the Cleveland area.
2+ years of high-level Construction Management experience.
Extensive Exterior Home Improvement Experience.
Experience with overseeing teams of Project Managers & building team culture.
Professionalism is VERY important.
Strong Leadership Skills.
Self-accountability & Extreme Ownership.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
HIGHLY evolved customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
Managing multiple crews, multiple people, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicating the agreement between the company and the customer.
Identifying alternative courses of action and negotiating directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
Analyzing all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain necessary permits.
Completing various administrative tasks as needed.
Assisting in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
Driving to, from, and between states as needed.
