This role is responsible for creating department job files, contacting clients regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections. The Install Coordinator also coordinates communication between installers, field supervisors, clients, vendors, and the office. This position represents the company with customers by handling questions or complaints. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone presence and a flair for top-notch client service.
