Requirements

Nice To Haves
- HVAC, plumbing, or home services scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience pulling municipal permits and handling inspection processes preferred.
- Project management or strong administrative coordination experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, installation crews, and field managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Submit, track, and secure required municipal permits and schedule necessary inspections on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear project updates and answering questions.
- Verify project details, ensure correct equipment/materials are ordered, and keep job statuses updated in our system.
