Requirements

• Working around rail projects experience required
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
• Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaborating with multiple team members
• Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sites
• Flexible in working days, nights, or weekends
• Lives in NJ
• 5 years + experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on projects for Amtrak, NJ Transit or transportation a plus
• ACI and OSHA certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project schedule and budget
• Interface with clients/agencies and contractors
• Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
• Track work progress through daily field reports and photographs
