About The Position

Flexcraft is hiring an Inspector Packer for its manufacturing operations. The role inspects parts coming off machines, trims and cleans plastic parts as needed, assembles parts when needed, and packs finished products into boxes or totes. The employee monitors machines and reports problems, tracks basic production and quality information, maintains a clean and organized work area, and follows work instructions and ISO 9001 quality standards.

The position uses a set 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts and a three-day weekend every other weekend. Overtime is available but not required. Pay is $17.00–$19.35 per hour, plus a $3-per-hour shift differential. Flexcraft describes opportunities to grow into machine operator, quality, or lead roles. Requirements

• At least 3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliability and readiness to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift 15–20 pounds.
