Inspector Packer - 3rd Shift

About The Position

The Inspector Packer is responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on the product line. The role inspects and packs quality bags into boxes or totes according to bag specifications, ensuring accurate counts. The Inspector Packer upholds quality standards, reports suspect or defective products for review, collaborates with machine team members, and assists operators as needed. The role also involves practicing 5S, good housekeeping, and machine sanitation according to company standards; learning to pack all bag specifications on all production facility machines; completing documentation accurately and thoroughly; and assisting with training other Inspector/Packer personnel. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned. No previous experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pallet jack experience.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on the product line.

Uphold quality standards and report suspect or defective products for review.
