About The Position

We are seeking an Inspections Operations Manager (Wind O&M) to report to the Head Of Operations (Wind) Northern Europe. This role is crucial for delivering contractual Quality and Statutory Inspections, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, financial margins are achieved, and Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) Compliance is adhered to. You will maintain good engagement with customers through scheduled meetings and operational activity reporting, aligned with expectations. Additionally, you will manage personnel involved in contract delivery, supporting their development and progression in line with contractual and HSQE requirements. Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies, tools, parts, and equipment in suitable condition for efficient service delivery is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

Delivery of contractual Quality and Statutory Inspections
Ensuring deliverable KPI’s are met
Achieving financial margins
Adhering to HSQE Compliance
Maintaining good engagement with customers on scheduled meetings
Reporting of operational activity aligned to expectations
Management of any personnel required in the delivery of the contract
Supporting personnel development and progression to align with contractual and HSQE requirements
Ensuring necessary supplies of tools, parts and equipment is available and in suitable for use
Ensuring efficient service delivery
