Our Field Service Supervisors/Coordinators are primarily involved in inventory management, with our inventory being the orders placed by our customers. These orders can involve requests for information, site visits, safety assessments, and underwriting data gathering. It’s the job of the Field Service Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee and coordinate assignments to assure an on time delivery of a quality product for our customers. Operating with a high degree of autonomy under the guidance of the Regional Manager, this role oversees tactical and strategic territory operations, including vendor management, workload distribution, client communications, contractor negotiations, and compliance oversight. The Regional Supervisor leverages operational analytics and performance data to make informed business decisions, maintain adequate vendor coverage, and drive service excellence. As a subject matter expert for their assigned region, the Regional Supervisor serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and supports projects that impact operational performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.
