About The Position

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking an Inspection Associate for its Fabric Department. This role involves operating, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment, performing quality checks on finished products, and adhering to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The associate will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, entering data into various systems, and completing documentation related to fabric production. The position requires a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities based on production demands.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficient with basic math and arithmetic
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Age 18+
  • Reliable transportation

  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed
  • Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)
  • Accurately enter and maintain data within PE/QAD/Infinity systems; ability to learn and utilize additional systems as required
  • Learn, understand, and complete required documentation related to fabric production processes
  • Adhere to all quality standards and procedures
  • Prepare and generate test product samples and coordinate submission to laboratories for testing
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
