This role sits at the intersection of data & storytelling, transforming raw information into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and business decisions. The Insights Analyst will work across the organization and with clients to build models, reports, tools, dashboards, and compelling narratives that drive measurable impact. This role will primarily work on the day-to-day needs of two (2) clients with scope to work across others as capacity and needs permit. Long term this is a role for someone who thrives in variety. The work spans industries, clients, and problem types, meaning no two weeks look the same. The analyst will need to draw from a broad toolkit and adapt quickly to unfamiliar domains. The role requires someone who is constantly seeking efficiencies and optimizations in workflows, processes, and tooling, always looking for a smarter, faster, or more scalable way to get to the answer while recognizing time and budget constraints. A natural champion of their own work, they can confidently present findings, advocate for data-driven recommendations, and bring stakeholders along on the analytical journey. This individual will take ownership of their work end-to-end, from scoping and execution to quality control without needing heavy oversight or direction. They are comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and deadlines as well as plugging into a broader team environment. The role requires someone who proactively builds and maintains personal QA frameworks to validate outputs, catch errors early, and ensure data/research integrity. Intellectually curious and quick to orient in new problem spaces, asking the right questions before reaching for the data. A generalist with specialist depth, who has built strong core skills but is always expanding the edges, picking up new tools, frameworks, and domain knowledge as the work demands it.
