About The Position

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking Insider Threat Detection Analysts to support a Federal Agency in the National Capital Region. This exempt position has a stated salary range of $90,000–$100,000. The role conducts multidisciplinary analysis integrating security, counterintelligence, law enforcement, and computer network defense information to identify, assess, and report potential insider threats. Analysts use specialized host-based detection tools, correlate security events and intelligence with digital forensic data, build threat profiles, monitor user activity, prepare analytical reports, support incident response, and maintain case files. The position applies the National Insider Threat Policy and Federal Investigative Standards. Work may require shifts or hours outside core hours. The posting remains open until filled or withdrawn.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including some experience within the last 2 years, demonstrating independent execution, proficiency with applicable laws, policies, and standards, and professional written products and briefings.
• Minimum 8 years in insider threat analysis, counterintelligence, law enforcement, or computer network defense.
• Proficiency with analytical tools, behavioral analysis techniques, and multi-source intelligence integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly required.
