About The Position
Senior analytical and program support role within the Department of War (DoW) Counter-Insider Threat enterprise. The position works across DoW Components, the Intelligence Community, and the National Insider Threat Task Force, providing policy, resource, and performance analysis in support of the DoW Insider Threat Program Director and senior security leadership. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and is located in Arlington, Virginia.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DoW Components, the Intelligence Community, and the National Insider Threat Task Force to identify, develop, and track resource requirements across the DSE and Insider Threat enterprise.
- Support collaboration and facilitation of the development and maturation of the DoW Counter-Insider Threat Program, ensuring DoW Components comply with DoW policy and align with national security ideology.
- Develop, align, and implement security and Insider Threat guidance and two DoW-level policies to support executive decision-making and the PPBE process throughout each performance year.
- Ensure security and Insider Threat strategic documentation, technical capabilities, and resource allocations align with DoW and national policy and guidance.
- Develop and maintain up to twelve security and Insider Threat performance measures per year, determining metrics, methodologies, tools, and procedures.
- Develop up to twelve tracking tools, matrices, and templates per year to analyze data, identify trends, and track actions through resolution.
- Monitor implementation and performance of the Defense Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center, DoW Components’ Insider Threat capabilities, and the DoW Insider Threat Program against applicable DoW and national standards.
- Support DoW security and Insider Threat policy and oversight processes, including policy development and rewrites, comment adjudication, formal coordination, and resource assessments.
- Support development and monthly distribution of security and Insider Threat training.
- Support the DoW Insider Threat Program Director in tracking tasking orders and objectives for the Counter-Insider Threat program.
