Inside Transportation Specialist
About The Position
We're looking for a dynamic Inside Transportation Specialist to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and top-notch customer service. You'll coordinate vehicle movements using our TMS Platform, working closely with ADESA auction sites and customers. This role offers clear promotion paths every 1-2 years, starting as a Specialist I ($21/hr), advancing to Specialist II ($23.50/hr+), and potentially becoming a Senior Specialist ($26.50/hr+). We provide a supportive environment with mentorship, training, and continuous feedback, allowing you to make an industry impact within a leading company.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must commute to the Tempe office (5 Days a week)
- Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in English.

- Transportation experience preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch transport orders in accordance with customer and site requirements
- Pull and process orders for key accounts (e.g., Chase, FCA)
- Accurately input orders, including correct rates and precise location details, into the system.
- Assign customers and accounts appropriately.
- Validate data integrity prior to dispatch to prevent downstream issues
- Escalate discrepancies or system issues to Senior Specialist or Team Lead
- Assist with inbox management as needed
