About The Position

Key Purpose: Transportation Inventory Control Assist in Shipping & Receiving Departments Description of Responsibilities and Objectives: 1. Transportation: Maintain CDL license Verify accuracy of loads before delivery Log all data and miles when operating the truck Ensure all required documents/registrations are up to date on both trucks and trailers Verify pick up orders are accurate before loading Other duties as assigned 2. Inventory Control: Conducts monthly, quarterly and annual inventory counts Record all data Create reports and inventory records File all documents and paperwork Maintain and organize inventory at storage facility Update off site inventory sheets Maintain specified inventory levels Keep off site storage facility clean and organized 3. Assist in Shipping & Receiving Departments: Unload and load shipments Complete relevant paperwork when assist in departments Develop an understanding of customer needs and ensure such needs are met Label all materials correctly Finished and raw materials Store all finished goods and raw materials in proper location Qualifications: Illinois Class A CDL License Clean Driving Record Able to work independently in the field Able to navigate effectively via maps and GPS Strong time management skills and committed to delivering on schedule Possess good communication, customer service, and judgement skills Disclaimer: The above statements are not intended to be a complete statement of job content, rather to act as a guide to the essential functions performed by the employee assigned to this classification. Requirements

Illinois Class A CDL License
Clean Driving Record
Able to work independently in the field
Able to navigate effectively via maps and GPS
Strong time management skills and committed to delivering on schedule
Possess good communication, customer service, and judgement skills

Responsibilities

Maintain CDL license
