About The Position

The Inside Territory Sales Rep is responsible for directly selling Motorola Solutions products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas for a pre-established set of accounts or contracts via phone-based selling and other revenue-generating activities (i.e. outbound calling, lead generation and follow up, call campaigns, prospecting, etc). The Inside Territory Sales Rep drives revenue growth by directly selling Motorola Solutions’ premier portfolio of products and services. In this role, you will manage a pre-established set of accounts or contracts within an assigned geographic territory, utilizing phone-based selling, outbound campaigns, and strategic prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 2+ years of experience in sales or account management

Responsibilities

  • Deepen relationships within assigned small to mid-tier accounts, uncovering new revenue streams within your existing customer base to exceed quotas.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and targeted call campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects and seamlessly hand off high-value leads to field teams when appropriate.
  • Proactively manage, sustain, and renew customer contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell services and secure long-term agreements to maximize recurring revenue.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue to management, and generate precise sales quotations for your customer base.
  • Act as a strategic extension of the field teams, collaborating closely with Account Managers to align on territory strategies.
  • Participate in weekly territory calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), confidently presenting your territory's performance, insights, and forecasts.
