The Territory & Inside Sales Manager is a key contributor within the Watts Water Quality sales organization supporting the Easy Water (EW) business. This role is responsible for driving growth across the US territory by leading inside sales agents, expanding the EW dealer network, and increasing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. This individual will focus on improving team performance, strengthening dealer partnerships, and maximizing inside sales effectiveness to deliver against revenue and growth objectives across both channels. This position is responsible for supervision of Residential Sales Representatives. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is remote.
